Geographic location

Our accomodation, Le Mas G'Ardéchois is located in the south of France, between sea and mountains, in southern Ardèche, in the Cévennes National Park, and in Pays des Vans,. On the borders of Gard and Lozère, this mountainous region is a paradise for sportsmen and Sunday walkers.

How to get there!

Getting to g'Ardéchois is easy. Simply follow the A7 motorway south of Lyon or north of Avignon until the Montélimar Nord exit. From there, follow the signs for Vallon Pont d'Arc, then towards Alès, opt for Saint-Paul-le Jeune, and you will arrive in just under an hour.

By car

From Marseille, by Nîmes

Take the A7 motorway Follow the direction of Nîmes, then Alès, then Aubenas, and stop at Saint Paul le Jeune between the two... Above all, do not follow  SPAIN as tempting as it could be.

On a motorcycle

By Avignon

Go through Château-Neuf-du Pape, then direction Caderousse and then Bagnol sur Cèze, then Barjac and Saint Paul le Jeune... great turns

Riding through the Fields

On bike

Follow the circuit from L'Ardéchoise.

L'Ardéchoise is considered the most important cycling gathering in France, offering a unique human experience. Participants are faced with a series of demanding passes in the magnificent setting of Ardèche, around Mont Gerbier de Jonc.

Okay, but it’s a bit of a detour. Otherwise you can sit at our lodge and watch them go by, when the circuit is suitable. L'Ardéchoise have a halt at Saint-Paul-Le-Jeune in 2025.

Through woods and caves... But watch out for The Beast of Gévaudan, a creature that terrorized the region in what is now the Lozère department in the last century. You never know, she might have had puppies...
